Transgender Typographic Experiments
I’ve been researching and exploring transgender, queer and lesbian typographies through living (embodied) and printed archives. Leaping from my own experience I’ve drawn upon textiles in Vietnamese history, queer fashion, transgender and lesbian codes to dig into/look through/puncture and expand relationality between body and community. Below you’ll find some of the prototypes during my Masters in Communication Design at RMIT. Thanks to Fayen D’Evie for her teaching and guidance.
